By downloading our app and utilizing our digital courses, you also acknowledge and agree to Classplus's underlying platform terms of use and data processing policies. Sapience PSC utilizes Classplus to securely deliver video lectures, conduct mock tests, and manage student enrollments.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality educational experience. Please carefully read our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing any premium batch:

Non-Refundable: All fee payments made for premium courses, batches, and study materials are strictly non-refundable once access to the digital content has been successfully granted to your account.
Technical Issues: If you experience transaction failures or double deductions due to banking errors while your course is not activated, the excess amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Course Transfers: Fees paid for one specific batch cannot be transferred to another batch or to another student under any circumstances.
